Georgia is a seasoned Career Coach, Organisational Development professional and Registered Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential. With extensive experience across industries such as resources, aged care, health services, and government, she has coached, mentored, and trained hundreds of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Georgia is known for her empathetic, non-judgmental approach, which fosters strong, supportive relationships and empowers clients to leverage their strengths and address developmental gaps.
Beyond individual coaching, Georgia has collaborated with organisations to develop and deliver workshops on key psychological topics, including leading teams through change, mental health awareness, resilience building, and conflict resolution. She has also spearheaded training for peer support programs, equipping employees with the skills needed to assist their colleagues.
In her role within a mining and refining organisation, Georgia facilitated organisation-wide diagnostic assessments, including engagement, onboarding, and exit surveys, which informed retention analytics.
Georgia also specialises in psychological health and safety, providing training on legislative requirements and practical approaches to assessing and controlling psychosocial risks in the workplace. She has facilitated risk assessments and focus groups to develop tailored solutions that positively impact organisational systems of work.
